Groups

Various groups meet throughout the year, many of which are joint with St Andrew's. These include Bible Study groups, prayer groups (including meditation) and Lent/Advent study groups.

Christ Church Crafters
This group is for anyone of whatever ability to help make a Quilt of Kindness during lockdown and to meet, if they wish, for a chat on Zoom every fortnight on Wednesdays at 11am. Please Email if you'd like to find out more.

Men's Group
The men’s group meets fortnightly on Saturdays at 10am for discourse on theology, politics and any other topic that interests us from the light hearted to the serious. Please Email for more information.

Chat over a Cuppa is a chance to meet over a cup of tea or coffee on Monday afternoons, 2pm to 3.30pm at Church. Chat over a Cuppa  is part of the Places of Welcome network. We are hoping to restart Chat on Monday September 6.

Old Eatonians is a monthly fellowship/friendship group for Senior Citizens living in the area.

St Andrew's Amblers is a walking group for anyone living in the area. The next walks are on Wednesday, 13th October and Thursday 28th October. Meet in St Andrew's Eaton church car park 9.30am for a  3-5 mile walk, possibly with a refreshment stop and possibly sharing lifts to the start point.

Mission Focus meets once a month to pray for our Mission Partners. Our parishes support overseas missions via the Church Mission Society. We are particularly involved with Dick and Caroline Seed in Cape Town, South Africa. We support other missions through regular donations.

The Book Group will meet at 7.30 pm on the 21st October at 1b Poplar Avenue. We will discuss two books that we have individually enjoyed during various lockdowns and discuss plans for the way forward.

Due to Covid-19 the following groups are currently suspended but we hope that this page gives you a flavour of what normally goes on.

There is a Mothers' Union group that usually meets on the last Monday evening of the month.

A prayer group meets at 1.30pm on Mondays during term time at Christ Church to pray for HMP Norwich.
